Plans, storage and video limits

What each plan includes, how to read your usage meters, what happens when you hit a limit, and how to change plan.

Every plan, including Free, includes unlimited client galleries. What changes between plans is storage, how much video you can hold, how many people can be in your studio, and a handful of capabilities listed below.

Check your usage

  1. Open Settings, then Organization.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Read the Usage meters at the top: Storage, Video, and Seats.

The Video meter also shows the maximum resolution your plan supports.

When you reach a limit

Nothing is deleted and nothing already delivered stops working. What stops is adding more: new photo uploads, new video uploads, and new member invitations are blocked until you upgrade or free up space. A banner on the Billing tab tells you when this has happened.

What paid plans add

  • Full-resolution downloads for your clients.
  • Custom watermark copy and position.
  • Your studio name and favicon on public galleries, with Fotarie attribution removed.
  • More storage, more video, and more seats.

Change your plan

  1. Go to Settings, Organization, Billing.
  2. On a free account, switch between Monthly and Annual, then select Upgrade on the plan you want. Annual billing is cheaper per month; each card shows the saving.
  3. On a paid account, select Manage subscription to change plan, update your card, or cancel.

If a payment fails, Fotarie shows an alert on the Billing tab with an Update payment method button. Your galleries keep working while you sort it out.

Current prices and the exact storage, video and seat allowance for each plan are on the pricing page.
