Invite and manage your team

Only an Owner can open Settings, Organization to administer the team. The Members tab lists everyone in the organization; the Invitations tab holds links that have not been accepted yet.

Choose a role

• Member — can work in the organization’s galleries, Website, and Studio, but cannot open Organization settings.
• Owner — has the same workspace access and can also manage organization settings, billing, branding, members, and invitations.

Know the seat limit

Your plan includes the Owner’s seat: Free has 1 seat, Basic 2, Plus 3, and Pro 5. Active members and unexpired pending invitations both use seats. Free therefore shows an upgrade prompt instead of invitation management.

Invite someone

1. Open Settings, Organization, then Invitations.
2. Select Invite member.
3. Enter the person’s email address, choose Member or Owner, and select Invite.
4. Fotarie emails the invitation. It remains valid for seven days.

The recipient opens the link, enters their first and last name, and creates an account with a password or a matching Google account. Acceptance confirms the invited email, adds them to your organization with the chosen role, and removes the pending invitation.

Manage a pending invitation

• Copy invitation link puts the same acceptance link on your clipboard so you can send it yourself.
• Resend invitation emails the link again and gives it a fresh seven-day expiry. Resending an expired invitation needs a free seat.
• Revoke invitation removes the pending link immediately and releases its seat.

Deactivate or reactivate a member

Open Members and use the Active switch beside someone else’s name. Turning it off deactivates their access and releases the seat without deleting the organization’s galleries or work. Turn it on to restore access when a seat is available.
