Get started with Studio

See how inquiries, contacts, jobs, sessions, booking packets, invoices, and galleries fit together around one photography job.

Studio keeps the business side of a shoot together. The job is the centre of the workflow: it connects the client, session dates, booking documents, invoices, activity, and the galleries you eventually deliver.

A simple way to begin

  1. Open Templates and add the services you sell most often. Set up a contract and questionnaire if you want to reuse them in booking packets.
  2. Open Inquiry form and copy your public link. Put it wherever prospective clients already find you.
  3. When an inquiry arrives, open its new job on the Jobs board. Add the session date and keep the job moving through your workflow.
  4. Create a booking packet from the job when you are ready to send the quote, agreement, or questions.
  5. After the client accepts a quote, create an invoice from that accepted price and deliver it by email or your own message.
  6. Link an existing gallery to the job, or create a new one there, when the photographs are ready.

What each Studio area is for

  • Jobs — the board and working record for each assignment.
  • Bookings — every session in a list or calendar.
  • Contacts — leads and clients, including their inquiry history and jobs.
  • Invoices — a searchable list of every draft and delivered invoice.
  • Templates — reusable services, contracts, and questionnaires.
  • Inquiry form — the public link that turns a new inquiry into a contact and job.

Studio is intentionally focused on the core photography workflow. It does not offer public self-scheduling, calendar sync, automatic reminders, online invoice payments, or accounting reports.
