Where Fotarie keeps the workflow focused

Fotarie keeps the job connected before delivery: an inquiry creates the contact and job, then scheduled sessions, quotes, contracts, questionnaires, and invoice delivery stay in the same focused Studio workflow.

At delivery, clients can open a protected gallery without an account, organize favorites into named collections, and download what the photographer allows. The photographer can review activity, copy filenames, export CSV data, or download only selected photos.

Every Fotarie plan keeps galleries unlimited and includes activity tracking, while video capacity, resolution, branding, and studio seats scale by plan. The separate free website is useful when a Fotarie address and a straightforward portfolio are sufficient.

When Fotarie is not the right choice

Choose for the workflow you actually need. Pixieset is likely the better fit when any of these are requirements:

  • Selling prints or digital products inside the gallery matters to your revenue workflow.[1][3]

  • You want automatic print fulfillment, coupons, gift cards, or store email campaigns.[1][3]

  • You need a mobile gallery app, a custom domain, or a broader website product.[1]

  • You want online availability booking, connected payments, or broader accounting in the same platform.[2]

  • No online store or print fulfillment. No sales automations or email marketing. Booking packets, contracts, questionnaires, and invoice delivery are included, but Fotarie does not collect or track online payments and does not provide public availability booking or accounting. No mobile app, public integrations or API, blog, or custom-domain support.
