Publish the gallery
A new gallery starts as Draft, which means only you can see it. Use the status dropdown in the gallery header to set it to Published.
The Share button stays disabled until the gallery is published. If you hover it in Draft you will see “Publish this gallery before sharing it with clients.”
Send the link yourself
- Select Share in the gallery header.
- Under Client link, select Copy link.
- Paste it wherever you already talk to your client.
Anyone with that link can open the gallery, subject to whatever protection you have set. Your client does not need an account and has nothing to install.
Let Fotarie send the email
- Select Share, then scroll to the Email gallery card.
- Type an address into Recipient emails and press Enter. Repeat for up to 10 recipients.
- Add a Personal message (optional). It appears above the gallery link in the email.
- Select Send email.
Each recipient gets their own email, so nobody sees anyone else’s address. The subject line reads “<Your studio> shared a gallery with you: <Gallery name>”, and the email leads with “Your photos are ready” and a View Gallery button.
If you set a password or a Download PIN, send it separately. Fotarie never puts it in the delivery email.
