Get your client’s favorites into editing

See the lists your client saved, then copy the filenames, export a CSV, or download exactly those files.

When a client hearts a photo they sign in with their email address and their picks are saved into named lists. This is the handoff: what they chose, in a form your editing software can use.

Find what your client chose

  1. Open the gallery and select Activity in the left rail.
  2. Select Client selections.
  3. Find the client in the table and open their row to see their lists.

The table also shows how many lists and selections each client has and when they registered. If it is empty, nobody has saved a favorite yet.

Hand the selection to editing

Open a list and use the Ready for editing panel. There are three ways out, and they all describe the same set of photos:

  • Copy filenames — puts the filenames on your clipboard so you can paste them into a filter or a search box in your editor. The dropdown beside it offers comma- or newline-separated, with or without extensions.
  • Export CSV — downloads a reference sheet with a row per photo: filename, collection, and client email.
  • Download selected — builds a ZIP of exactly those files. Choose Web size ZIP or Original ZIP.

Photos that were deleted or are still processing are not included, and lists show only the photos that are still live in the gallery.
