Saving your favorite photos

For clients: how to mark the photos you love, sort them into lists, and get them back to your photographer.

Favorites are how you tell your photographer which photos you want. Everything you mark is saved against your email address, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off.

Mark a favorite

  1. Select the heart on any photo, or open the photo and use the heart there.
  2. The first time, you will be asked for your email address. Enter it and select Sign in.
  3. Carry on hearting photos. Select the heart again to remove one.

There is no password and no account. Your email is only used to keep your favorites separate from anyone else looking at the same gallery, and to let you return to them later on any device.

Use lists to keep things apart

Lists are useful when you are choosing for different purposes — “Album”, “Prints for Mum”, “Thank-you cards”.

  1. Select the favorites icon in the toolbar to open your favorites.
  2. Select Create new list and name it.
  3. Back in the gallery, hearting a photo now asks which list it should go in.

You can rename or delete a list at any time. Deleting a list removes the list and your selections in it — the photos stay in the gallery.

Sending them to your photographer

There is nothing to submit. Your photographer sees your lists as you build them, and can pull the exact files out when they are ready to edit. Tell them when you are done choosing.

To come back later, open the gallery link again on any device and enter the same email address.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
